Fitness Policies
- Children younger than 16 are not permitted on the fitness floor unless they are ages 13-15 and have successfully completed the Teen Fitness program.
- Only YMCA certified staff may conduct personal training or exercise instruction.
- Athletic shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
- No food or drink is allowed on the fitness floor (except for water in pop top bottles).
- Do not rest on machines between sets.
- Please return weights to the racks after use.
- Please wipe off equipment after use.
