Teen Fitness
This education class for ages 12-15 years incorporates lecture and practical work. Classroom topics include the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, anatomy and nutrition. On the fitness floor, proper form and techniques of weight lifting are reviewed and practiced. Written and physical testing are a part of this class. Teens who successfully complete this class qualify to participate on the fitness floor.
Fee: $35 session.

Personal Training
One-on-one training sessions with a certified personal trainer. Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Pre and Post Fitness Assessment
o In a private setting, a fitness staff member will perform an assessment that will consist of a 3-minute step test, gathering body measurements and weight. In addition, staff will take you through a Fitlinxx/cardio equipment orientation.
• Seminar with a Dietician
o To help keep you on track, plan on attending our 45 minute seminar. You will receive information on nutrition, food facts, food portions and food preparation. Learn how to read food labels so you can make wiser choices.
• T-shirt for reaching your milestone
o You earn points by attending seminars, drinking 6-8 cups of water, tracking your caloric intake, frequent exercise and attending weekly weigh-ins. Receive a T-shirt for reaching the 9,000 milestone marker.
