Yoga:
Venyasa Yoga, the yoga form used in this class, is the practice of flowing gracefully and fluidly linking one pose to another guided by breathing techniques. A series of movements are followed to bring strength and flexibility, coupled with toning and energizing, to the entire body. Yoga develops cardiovascular strength, stamina, mental and physical balance, and flexibility. It also promotes upper body strength and tones and stimulates internal organs. Wear loose, comfortable clothing or leggings and a t-shirt. You'll break a sweat in this one hour class!

Fitness Levels: Beginner, Intermediate
