Water Aerobics:
Water aerobics is a 1 hour medium to high intensity water exercise class. Deep water aerobics and shallow water classes are offered. Deep water aerobics use Hydro-Fit equipment for water resistance to tone and strengthen. This is a good class for the totally fit wanting a change from land classes. Shallow water aerobics target upper and lower body conditioning using water resistance.

A medical release signed by your physician may be required in order to participate in this class.
