Pilates Personal Training:
Work one-on-one with a YMCA Stotts Pilates trained staff instructor on Reformer equipment to achieve longer, leaner muscles, relief from stress, back pain, and better posture, to name a few of the benefits from practicing Pilates. This program is open to YMCA members only.
