Personal Fitness Program (PFP):
This program is designed for the new or returning exerciser. Our fitness staff will offer guidance, motivation and structure to help you start and keep an exercise routine, leading to a more physically active lifestyle. This program includes:

  • 4 individual appointments with your PFP counselor.
  • A fitness plan based on your needs and goals.
  • Your commitment to working out 3 days per week.
  • Weekly feedback.

The YMCA PFP is a 12-week program:
Weeks 1-4: Cardiovascular training.
Weeks 4-8: Cardio and 6 strength training machines.
Weeks 8-12: Cardio and 12 strength training machines.
