Personal Fitness Program (PFP):
This program is designed for the new or returning exerciser. Our fitness staff will offer guidance, motivation and structure to help you start and keep an exercise routine, leading to a more physically active lifestyle. This program includes:
- 4 individual appointments with your PFP counselor.
- A fitness plan based on your needs and goals.
- Your commitment to working out 3 days per week.
- Weekly feedback.
