Being a working parent these days increases the challenge of raising a child. The YMCA's top priority is to make sure all children are safe and happy. All staff members are certified in CPR/First Aid and have completed Child Abuse Prevention training. They are required to attend at least 15 hours of training in child development each year. All YMCA child care locations are licensed by the Texas Department of Protective Family Services (TDPFS).
Financial assistance is available to those who qualify. Applications are available at the Member Services desk and at all child care sites. For additional information about any of our Child Care Programs, contact the YMCA.
