The YMCA offers a variety of aquatic exercise opportunities for adults at
various times of the day and evening. We have lap swim, water walking,
various types and levels of water aerobics classes for all ability levels of
adults. Our pool is ADA accessible. Experience the benefits of water
resistance to improve cardiovascular ability, strength, balance and
flexibility. Water exercise is one of the best ways to have fun and stay
healthy!

Swimming at the Y is more than stroke development. We offer classes for
all ages and abilities. Our classes are from age six months to older
adults. If you are a beginner or a more experienced swimmer but you wish to
improve your stroke and competence in the water we have a class for you!
Learn personal safety skills and stroke development while building
confidence in the water. We offer group settings as well as private
lessons.

The Y offers recreational and lap swim times for its members. Recreational
swim is a great time for families to come and have fun together! We have a
warm water pool. Recreational swim times are offered during the day and
evenings for families to swim together as well as weekend hours.
