    The following sports opportunities are available to adult YMCA members as a benefit of membership:
    Basketball | Racquetball | Handball | Volleyball

    The following activity is open to YMCA members and non-members and has a fee for participation:
    Midland YMCA Hoffman Memorial Tall City Triathlon

     

    Basketball:

    Purpose

    This is a fun opportunity for noon pick-up basketball games. Players ages 16 and up meet at noon on Mondays through Fridays for 5-on-5 basketball games.

    Volleyball:

    Program

    Join us for co-ed pick-up volleyball games at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the gym. Volleyballs are provided.

    Racquetball/Handball:

    JoinFour racquetball/handball courts await you and your friends for a rousing game. Court reservations are required and may be made by Y members up to one day in advance. Balls may be purchased at the front desk if needed.

    Midland YMCA Hoffman Memorial Tall City Triathlon:

    HistoryThe 2013 triathlon is scheduled for July 27th. The event promises lots of fun, fellowship and spirited competition!

    The race begins at 7:30 a.m. with a mandatory race meeting at 7:00 a.m. The starting line will be at COM Aquatic Center. The Swim will be a one swimmer staggered start (500 yards). Transition from swim to bike will take place in the COM parking lot. Biking will be flat and fast! ANSI (Cycling Industry Approved) helmets are required on the 22K route. The 5K run begins at COM and ends at Windlands Park behind COM.

    All proceeds benefit the Midland YMCA. A Post Race Awards Ceremony will be held in Windlands Park with food and beverages.
