Water Aerobics
Water aerobics is a 1 hour medium to high intensity water exercise class. Deep water aerobics and shallow water classes are offered. Deep water aerobics use Hydro-Fit equipment for water resistance to tone and strengthen. This is a good class for the totally fit wanting a change from land classes. Shallow water aerobics target upper and lower body conditioning using water resistance. -
Senior Water Aerobics
Senior Water Aerobics:
Designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and build muscle, this 45 minute class is good for those interested in water exercise who have never taken a water exercise class before. -
Arthritis Classes
This 45 minute class is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday and incorporates range of motion, toning, flexibility and strengthening.
